Fishing has been slow except for prime times. Last night, we landed seven king salmon in just 15 minutes between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. Our morning trips have also been solid at sunrise. After a tough morning following that amazing night bite, we grinded in shallow water and found some salmon worth bragging about. While two of our boats struggled, having a large fleet helped us cover more water. Once we split up—one boat shallow, one medium, and one out to 220 feet—we discovered the fish were indeed shallow.
