King Salmon Fishing in September and October

We’re already seeing some good King Salmon action offshore as we move from September into October. We’ve been catching some nice Kings, along with Rainbow Trout, and the fishing has been producing some great fish for the table.

These are generally one- to three-year-old King Salmon, which make excellent table fare and are a lot of fun to catch. The fish have been doing well offshore, and we expect October to continue to be a strong month for salmon fishing on Lake Michigan.
